The Doncaster Sharks FC are on the hunt for a new addition to our Senior Football coaching staff, with applications now open for a Non-Playing Senior Assistant Coach ahead of the 2027 EFNL season.

Following a season of rebuilding and continued growth, the Sharks are looking to strengthen our coaching structure with an individual who can bring enthusiasm, football knowledge and a strong desire to contribute to the club’s next chapter.

The Role:
– Support the Senior Coaches in developing and implementing the team’s overall game plan, coaching philosophy and football strategy.

– Take responsibility for specific areas of the game plan and setups.

– Plan and deliver training sessions, ensuring they are purposeful, competitive and aligned with the team’s game plan.

– Assist with match-day strategy, including opposition analysis and tactical adjustments.

– Provide clear communication and feedback to players, helping individuals understand their role and expectations.

– Experience is favoured, but not imperative.

– Remuneration to be discussed in person.
