Sharks to Change Jumper
Members vote on a return to the "Hoops"
At the recent AGM, members were asked to vote upon a change of Jumper which would see us return to our old Hoops (Geelong Jumper).
The motivation is to see both the Senior and Junior clubs wearing the same jumper and as the Junior club had previously worn the hoops, the Jumper to meet this was obvious. (*the junior Club have already decided on a return to the Hoops)
Everyone one was given an opportunity to give their view on the matter and it was good to see the debate was passionate (rather than heated), but in the end when a show of hands was called for, the verdict was unanimous for "Change".
*Note: although we will be changing, we will still remain the "Sharks" and the Junior club will remain the Cats
