Coaching Appointments for 2010
Sharks appoint coach for 2010

The Doncaster Football Club is pleased to announce Adam Bester as senior coach for 2010.

Adam played for 135 games Burnie Football Club from 96 -05 where he played under Mick McGuane, Matt Armstrong and Peter German.

He was Vice Capt for 5 years and during that period was Runner Up in the B&F. The team also won 5 premierships and in 05 he played 6 games for Tasmania in the VFL. (missed further games due to injury)

He then moved to Victoria to enhance work as a School Teacher.

In 06 he played for East Burwood before a move to Balwyn.

He has played as an on-ball/centre/half forward for three years including a premiership at Balwyn. He was highly recommended by Daniel Harford.

Adam comes to us as a playing coach where he is described as a "Hard at it" onballer!

While this is his first go at coaching, both he and the Club believe he is ready after experience gained under some of the best coaches outside of the AFL.
